gravity is a constant force between any 2 masses. gravity does not vibrate. only change strength by distance.

Actually that mean that the magnetic field and the electric field are oscillating so that the peak to peak electic field (or magnetic field) happens at 4.2X10^14 times per second.

No it does not mean that. It means that 1 photon will pass one point at a speed of 299,792,458 m/s and the photons E and B fields are oscillating at 4.2X10^14 times per second.
