Physicists know only one absolute Reference frame: Minkowski spacetime (4-D)
If an absolute God exists then He must start His creation of Material Universe
from this 4-D House and, of course, to care about physical / math laws.

While the three dimensional is the ultimate existence , ( 4 dimensions is merely the consequence of mathematics ) manifestation of energy , then hence matter ; is a consequence of of this beings freedom of thought , upon the knowledge given .
