The point is that Americans are taught that Hitler told the German people that they should invade Europe and Russia to expand Germany's territory and the German people said, "Good idea. Let's do that" and then they went to war thinking they were the aggressors. Evidently, they were thinking that they were righting old wrongs and defending their territory during the war. Therefore, the American government is lying to the American people about what the German people were thinking during the war.
Whether Hitler was lying when he told the German people those things is another issue that can be dealt with separately.
Now stop sidestepping the issue and tell us why American history students don't hear those two speeches of Hitler's in history classes.
