Yep. Fortunately they are in a lower-radiation environment (but as you mention it's still an issue.)The shuttle astronauts saw the green flashes, as do the ISS personnel. They stay up there a long time.

Oh, good. How long until you get banned from here, make a dozen socks, get them banned, and complain you're not being treated fairly?
I read the debate when it was still on-line and I don't remember any name-calliing on Jarrah's part. That would have been way out of character for him so I would have remembered any name-calling. There was no name-calling. The moderator deleted Jarrah's posts because he was making Jay Windley* look bad.The name calling was what was deleted.
From Popular Science - "By February of 1964, NASA was confident that Apollo crews would be passing through the belts fast enough that the spacecraft’s skin and all the instrumentation lining the walls would be enough protection." And in fact it was; that was proven by the dosimeters the astronauts wore. They were still exposed to radiation, of course - enough that they were seeing periodic flashes in their eyes as gamma radiation caused light emissions within their eyeballs. But it was of a survivable level.
Look how he refused to answer a legitimate question here.

The anomalies in the Chinese spacewalk** are simply too clear to obfuscate. You just destroyed your credibility.I looked. You haven't proven anything. It takes a monumentally delusion fool to think the debris is a bubble. It takes a total uneducated goon to not see how fabric behaves in water and how that is clearly impossible for a flag to move like that

It takes a complete moron to claim this was in a swimming pool.
Ah. It is such a vast conspiracy that EVERYONE sane is in on it!Popular Science is a mainstream publication. It is owned by the same people that purpetuated the hoax.
I took a look. Jay is a very wise man. Please comment on this (from post #845).
The behavior of the flag is quite consistent with deployment in a vacuum. You have just proven yourself a fool. Now please continue! The anomalies in the Chinese spacewalk** are simply too clear to obfuscate.
Tell us again how this movement is consistent with its being in a vacuum.
At the thirty second mark in this clip the astronaut moves the flag from right to left.
The flag flutters the way it would in a medium such as water.
All of the viewers are watching.
If / when space station becomes private with the occupants be eligible for workers compensation?

So you're saying that a million trivial details all pointing at the same thing beats a fluttering flag?Amazing how much detail they went into to convince the Earth minions we went to the moon
And employing IIRC over 300,000 people to build the rockets and spaceships, as well as ground support, for a hoax, is simply stunning. What next, WWII was a stunt to sell newspapers? So you're saying that a million trivial details all pointing at the same thing beats a fluttering flag?

Unless I'm mistaken, Michael345, Gawdzilla and sideshowbob are all in the same 'Yes we really went to the Moon' camp.
Apollo 11 and Woodstock in one summer. Woodstock was a much smaller operation - I wonder how many people think it was a hoax.I was in boot camp with Armstrong and Co. landed on the Moon. Never to be forgotten.
