Since I have rarely had occasion to interact with you, please first expound upon my "poor disposition"; and afterwards, please utilize your logical, and well respected mental prowess to provide an imbecile like me with your research providing valid reasons to deny, in the form of a legitimate and scientifically cited argument that will provide irrefutable and factual proof that biotech research is not being conducted, to this day, on United States citizens, while being "plausibly denied" under the guise of protecting National Security.
Yes, I have a poor disposition to witnessing and experiencing the violation of the United States Constitution and to the documented U.N. laws pertaining to the protection of human rights. Believe me, "waterboarding" is the least of our worries with current technology.

Please define what "a degree of agida means. I do not understand. I am always willing to admit my own ignorance and I do conduct research to enrich my knowledge of the topics that I find important enough to spend my time discussing (granted, not always. I am lazy and there is a lot to learn.)
