Nothing prevents them from offering bills they would vote for, for example. They control Congress - they don't have to wait for Democrats to offer bills. But they haven't done that. They haven't done anything.

Reform. Comprehensive reform.
There is nothing wrong with "the nature" of representative democracy; what's wrong is the corruption. That happens in regular, cyclical pattern in every civilization. When it does, you reform it or it collapses.
