That's what several of the pictures are (the LHC). But all the text and the ideas being pushed by that site are nothing but pure GARBAGE.
I recognise pictures from the following locations :
The LHC, including one of the large detectors
Super-Kamiokande neutrino telescope in Japan
The Z machine at Sandia National Labs
and a tokamak from a test fusion reactor but I cannot identify it from the inside. I really hope the person who wrote that page is doing it for a laugh, the alternative is he believes such nonsense which is quite depressing. The pictures are just publicity shots from numerous very large, very technical, very shiny, very expensive high energy physics research labs around the world. The page complains the government is hindering such technology, ie spacecraft, but everything in those pictures was built using government funding! He's simultaneously complaining about the government retarding scientific development in energy and space travel while praising the pictures showing government driven projects on precisely those things.
