I suspected such from your knowledge of Dutch and from your progressive attitudes which suggested that you are not American, heh.

Nederland is the world capitol for bicyclists! I've played a few shows in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Nijmegen--here we are at a squat in Nijmegen (I'm the guy you can't see playing a Farfisa which sounds like a buzz-saw):

thats what i heard.
very progressive country with very forward thinking people.
just worries me hearing about the Muslim extremist element in the country trying to manipulate the openness of society to push their own woman hating violent culture of repression and anti education.

we are a bit like that here in new zealand.
couple of extremist right wing christian organisations doing similar thing.
one declared themselves a political party.
self anointed hate preacher

the irony of it is that fact they cal themselves christian and give all Christians a bad name(i am not affiliated by any single religion) yet they could pretty much call themselves anything and it would make no real difference.

there is another political party which is defined as a religion which i also oppose on moral and ethical grounds.

defining a political party by a religion is saying "OK" to genocide.

interesting thing comes to mind after posting in a couple of threads.

if the religgo' nutter church going fanatics have it their way everyone will be the same.
no homosexuals
no living together until married
no sex before marriage
no single parents
no democracy (all religious partys support the right wing dictators)
no alternative music
no inappropriate dance moves
no freedom of clothing/bikinis etc...
no sex shops(porn and sex toys etc/clothing lingerie)
no fringe science
no philosophy

just a group of people stuck in a time warp with their intellectual ability going backwards and increasing genetic faults as they all marry breed with each other spiraling the society into some freak show mad max reality.
