When " science " does not investigate anomalies , such as Auroras , and not include Hannes Alfven theories about plasma Universe , and nor Birckland Currents , what then is the foundation of science based on ?
 
Anomalies is the challenge of science , understanding of anything .

Anomalies are part of our reality as is constants of reality are .

Trump getting elected had nothing to do with everyone's life experience. It had to do with political beliefs, and demagoguery, and financial angst.

What makes you think that these things are not investigated? Auroras, for one, are well understood.
