cut in-front of the truck on a round about then blocked it in the road then got out & started trying to damage the truck to get the driver to get out
so he could attack him ?

if a mother with a push chair was on the footpath corner, & he was half a second slower on cutting off the truck during a turn
the truck would have been flipped to land right on top of the parent & child standing on the foot path(or elderly person etc)

im guessing she must have rolled on top of the car for a few meters because im trying to imagine the force requirements for an average human to be thrown 15 meters from a standing stop position from a moving impacter(the vehicle)

im guessing there is probably a certain amount of jumping from the rolling impact like a moving ramp effect.

driver is young male father of 2 small kids in the back at the time who was possibly intoxicated on something.
ran her over while she was using a zebra crossing, didnt stop(probably because he was drunk & stoned)

all that extra police time that police are getting(in certain country's) from the massive drop in crime from the pandemic could be used helping to police concentration points of people & movement as a high vis activity
help inspire community etc
you cant build something new if you cant think outside the box
community outreach policing to help inspire closer community interaction etc etc
