Do any Members on this Forum find anything odd about this photograph taken at a recent event?

No, but I can see where some people might find the two different flags odd. One is the country's flag, and the other is regional heritage/pride. Not much different from flying the EU and German flags together, where the German flag also has a checkered past of being adopted during the Weimar Republic (Germen Reich).

It's ignorant to presume someone in present day a Civil War Confederate just because it's part of their regional, family history. I don't see you calling present day Germans, the German Reich, even though their flag was adopted then. Why the disparity, other than bias or ignorance?

But you're first reaction to a black person doing the exact same thing is to doubt that it's even true at all. When's the last time you thought a photo of a white guy with a Confederate flag was photoshopped? You trying to backpedal that it's rare is just your attempt to cover your own racism.

I have aboriginal relatives, my very last date was with an aboriginal lady, I play pool with them cause many are my mates..not so much these days cause I don't go out much, preferring to stay home and chat here....however it's probably my closeness and appreciation for the reality that has me laughing at your outrage...you can call me what you like but it don't make me what you call me for...you do make me chuckle at your ignorance of my situation.
