Hi there! I'm new at this forum. I have an experience in which I do not know if this is part of this subject matter. I will summarize my experience and would like to know your feedback if it is possible.
This occurred last June of 2015, I am only a few weeks on my full time job and I get the feeling that everyone is talking about me. As time goes by, every movement I do even when they are a bit far away from me (e.g. other side of the room, or 10 people away from me when in queue) I hear them exactly stating what I do, whom I text, it's like they're completely reading my mind!! I resigned from my job since my life and everyone who is dear to me is affected with my situation. I thought I am able to clear my thoughts from my experience when I realize that the same thing is happening in my neighborhood. They're only like 3 apartments away from our apartment or just around the corner. They say exactly what I type or what I text to my bf or friends, or how I respond to my parents, what I do at home, and the list goes on. It's like they're watching me from somewhere. I even cried in the bathroom when I realized I was being watched but found out later on that what I think of is what reaches them. I angrily stated my emotions and said bad words to them, made a badfinger, and to my astonishment, they responded!! How the hell did that happen? There was no bug or camera whatsoever in our apartment! Now everyone in our village thinks I'm crazy or paranoid!! So whatever I think of, it directly reaches them!! It's like I'm sending my thoughts to them without me knowing or realizing! I'm inexpressive and would like to keep this to myself since my family and loved ones think I'm going crazy and I'm hearing SPIRITS!! Which is not the truth. I end up frustrated and unable to be open to them due to this experience. HELP!!

If everything you've stated is true and not some elaborate hoax for your own personal amusement (I'm not saying that is the case, just that there are some types of people that do like to pull the wool over peoples eyes on forums)
From what I can tell from your post, English is not your first language and I gather the part of the world you are in is filled full of superstitions (I base this on the statement that your family considers you to hear spirits)
There is two options:
The first being that you are suffering from a mental illness. (Psychosis, Schizophrenia etc)
You think you hear peoples thoughts about you (that's paranoia) and it's likely they've not been particularly kind by not holding anything back about you or the way you are. This is something that isn't just suffered by you, there are thousands of people the world over that deal with this particular problem every day. What you need to do is to remember that what goes on inside your head isn't necessarily the same as the world around you, if you can't do that then you will slip into a delusion about the people around you.
For instance if you can communicate with these voices and they claim to be someone you know, ask them a question about themselves or better still tell them you are going to ask them a question and expect a specific answer (example: The question might be "how big is the moon?" and the answer you've told them in your head to expect for confirmation is "Orang-utan")
Why is the question and the answer so completely different from what you'd expect? quite simply this is done to make sure that coincidences are unlikely, as you don't want to be increasing the chances of deluding yourself further.
You then have the choice to make whether you can deal with these issues alone but always running the risk that they will get the better of you, or turn to medical professionals for help.
I can't tell you which choice to make, the medical community would suggest pick them, but to be honest they still don't really know what they are doing when it comes to these types of issues, mainly because technology is going to prove that most of their hypothesizes as wrong, but they won't accept that until of course that happens. (Which would in the meantime likely mean you being subjected to various drugs to control any anxiety/urges and "uncontrollable thoughts" etc.)
Going it without medication will require you to try and maintain some sort of balance, I mean you could have a completely paranoid thought about someone thinking something or your "bf" cheating or something similar, however that could all be just in your head, so you need to know that you can keep those thoughts and concerns in some sort of control.
In some parts of the world people might move to some spiritualist method of dealing with the problems, like seeing a priest, medium etc. The problems with allowing those sorts of people into dealing with your problem is they will turn your problem into something that fits their world view, and their world view might actually be more harmful than good. So again I would suggest to be cautious if you take that path to not be sucked into someone else's delusions. This neatly brings me to the "other options"....
The option that you are just a test subject to a group of people that have been interfering with people the world over for decades.
It will sound a conspiracy to most (those that claim they don't suffer from such things) and it might even be considered to be one of those "Someone else's delusions to not be sucked in by", however again it's down to you to interpret what is real.
There is both governments and companies that do not have particular stellar records when it comes to Human Rights Abuse. Thanks to both the Cold-War era and Capitalism in general, there is more than enough potentially enough suspects in regards to equipment and resources being misused to create such effects on people.
Often is asked why they would do it? why you? etc.
It's a fact that corner cutting in research can lead to results quicker than going through all the legal parameters and paperwork. Even if a company is caught doing such things, they would likely just go bankrupt and the data that was stolen from you and others like you will be purchased as assets for a new "Clean" company which in turn doesn't have any legal obligation to pay for the crimes the previous company committed. (The loophole that suggest that "crime doesn't have to pay")
This is how Elitist think they can play "God" (News for them. There is no such thing as god(s), just mortal fools that play at being greater than they actually are).
How do governments fit into this? Those Elitists can have their companies "Contracted" (defense contractors etc) which in turn means complete plausible deniability for any government using shell criminal organisations, since those organisations cover a way of out culpability. Governments of course aren't just interested in how such technologies can aid them through money and wealthfare, but domination and espionage.
If such a system is used on the leader of a militia or the première of a militant government, that's and entire country that's politics is distorted to fit the agenda of those that are using it on them. That potentially means and entire army of disposable soldiers fighting a war (for example on the reason of religious grounds) that are themselves just pawns to some other third-party power who doesn't care about how many of those pawns die or how many of pawns army opposition are slain, as the end game is about that third-party dominating the outcome. (After all if both sides are war weary and have suffered causalities it increases the effectiveness of a hostile takeover by a third-party.)
What I've placed into a scenario above is the only way to make sense of the objectives of those that drive to create such equipment that cut corners on such things as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Nuremberg Code. There is potentially other motivations, however they are limited to Fraternities and cult groups.
In essence if you are aware that you are stuck on a system (with operators etc) being used by some third-party regime to create a vast network of sleeper agents, then the only option you have is be prepared to fight just not for them or what they will pose to you but for yourself and what you deem fit in this world.

I also thought of the first option since (though this is far from the subject matter) these rumors I'm hearing are real people and it made me influenced my whole life. Its sucking the life out of me that I could not think normally. I was so affected with the rumors that I have to put through everyday. They won't stop with the rumors until well, I am like this, fully paranoid or mentally ill. I guess they would win soon if ever I gave up on these rumors. Thanks again!!

Yes I would be seeking psychological help soon. Because these rumors are driving me nuts and I just hope that I could work on it before I'm able to meet the therapist. The rumors around the neighborhood kept on growing and growing day by day.
I think that you are doing the right thing by talking to a doctor or therapist. It is always a wise choice to seek professional to help sort out any issues we are having.

You are suffering from inner voices. I know because I started experiencing the same thing about 12 years ago. It was triggered by taking diet pills, which basically amped up my brain and made me paranoid and able to "hear" people talking about me. They're not talking about you. That's the voices manipulating the mumbles and tones of distant speech into words. Their running narration of everything you do is a common ploy. My voices got so devilish they'd pretended they were were watching me from the light sockets via cameras. I pulled all my furniture from the wall looking for cameras but couldn't find anything. Believe me, this is coming from your own brain. It can be a symptom of drugs or of schizophrenia or even of depression. Please look into getting medical help. There's no way you will ever convince yourself the voices aren't real, as they eventually can be trained to converse with you and say pleasant even amusing things. There's no surefire cure, so you just learn to live with them. However, there has been some success with monoaural occlusion--basically putting one earplug in your ear, then taking it out after several hours. This can make the voices sound more distant and less noticeable.

*shrug* You are, after all, entitled to your opinions, regardless of how incorrect they may be. Problems arise when you start asserting your opinions as facts without solid evidence to back them up. Unfortunately for you, nobody here is buying into your crusade against good science and methodical analysis..
Problems also arise when you attempt to once again utilize the report function as a weapon against those you cannot defeat with facts and good argument...
It is interesting though... you responded to my post above, yet you ignored several requests for explanation in another thread. Such behavior might lead one to think you were incapable of providing said requested explanation, or that perhaps, just maybe, the facts did not agree with what you were saying.
