The BB added nothing...The BB is an obvious outcome logically formulated to explain the expansion observations.
The DE as yet is unexplained, as science is a progress of knowledge gained over time, as opposed to the staid, unmoving, obstinate, illogical myths as reflected by religions.

I at no point said the companion star was a replacement for observations of the large-scale structure of the universe. The "observed Universal expansion", as you so ignorantly put it, is an ASSUMPTION. It is an OBSERVED redshift, and NOTHING MORE. This is then INTERPRETED as Doppler shift because it was ASSUMED that gravity was not the cause due to the observation being in ALL DIRECTIONS. DO you at least grasp that this is true? I am not saying anything about my theory here, simply displaying the thought process of the Big Bang.

The Big Bang absolutely adds. Prior to the observations that led to the Big Bang, there was in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM discussion of EXPANSION OF SPACE. The ASSUMPTION OF DOPPLER SHIFT introduced expansion of space SO AS TO NOT BREAK THE LAWS OF PHYSICS.
