according to what i can find on the net illegal immigration is indeed a federal crime.
so, since that is the case then every single company, corporation, entity, or person employing such a person is guilty of aiding and abetting a criminal.
The only persons who know for sure are the illegals themselves, but obviously, many companies and individuals knowingly hire them, those should be prosecuted.

Firstly, anyone who does any of the above are criminals. You attribute it to only the illegal aliens that enter your country. However, as I said above, you went further than referring to them as mere 'criminals'. The greater majority of those entering your country illegally do not partake in the crimes you listed above. The greater majority enter to simply work and try to make a better life for themselves and their families. They do the work you have stated you simply would not do because you consider yourself too educated. And you then said that Americans would not do because the wages are too low. Your very own President, that you lauder as being almost saint like recognises the work that these people do and attempted to see if your Government would agree to give them temporary working visas. Not only so they could be recognised for doing the work Americans refuse to do, but also to ensure they lose their 'illegal alien' tag and are then given rights that should be entitled to every worker in your country. He was refused. Amazingly, this was pointed out to you on many occasions, and you simply refused to see or address it. One reality you seem to not recognise is that if these people were forced to leave, your economy would be in trouble and the menial labour they do would not be done.
I think it is time for you to actually look at the issue and approach it with a rational mind, instead of one filled with what is currently there. Maybe try to read into what your President was trying to do. He seems to have grasped the problem and was attempting to find a solution.
