S.A.M - Who was he?

I was punched in the ear and cut in my ear he hit me with something in my hear, I woke it has blood and I can't hear anything out of it. Man I don't even know why the hell I did this I am so pissed off with myself for getting into a fight while being drunk, but am not scared I did it so I have to live with the consequences. But it was a waste of a good ear.

Go for getting an eye put out next time. You might pull off looking like Billy Badass with an eyepatch, but nobody cringes in fear in the presence of a man with a cotton ball in his ear.
 
I ruined a perfect ear, apparently the ear drum is torn. I can't hear properly, it is useless now, there is no depth can't enjoy anything man and I am drunk right now, and being reminded of this, am getting mad, I need sex!
