Can you make it bit simple for me?

The cell membrane acts as a barrier that slows down the distribution of thermodynamic properties. Therefore you will not make them "sync". If they don't sync, they will oppose. This is very simplified of course but...ok?

Do you mean repusion due to same charge? Whether membrane exists in this sense?

Exactly, and since we're looking for something that does the opposite (ie. attract and enhance) this looks like a dead end. Probably the stuff on that other thread will generate better opportunities. Don't you agree?

Anything can be thought. Look;

Atoms or molecules move faster when excited/heated

The electrical charge of protons and electrons are exactly equal but opposite. Usually there are the same number of protons and electrons in an atom, and their electrical charges cancel each other. When two atoms are close to each other and their electrons are of the correct type, it is more energetically favorable for them to come together and share electrons (become "bonded") than it is for them to exist as individual, separate atoms.

It looks both repulsion and attraction are there in atoms. When atoms or molecules are neutrally charged-there may not be a repulsion.
