Problem Uploading Images to Album

I can't seem to upload anything to my albums or upload an image to use in a thread directly from my computer machine. (sic)
Unless its a link to an external URL. The upload manager in Albums is working like a bucket of ass-holes and when I upload the image all I get is that questionable question mark symbol.
Rectify this at once or I shall release the Kraken.

Is anyone who can rectify this technical problem going to reply to this thread? This forum has really gone down hill since they changed from the old set-up!:grumble:
