Yeah.
I'm surprised at the shading effects you can get out of MS Paint of you use the view magnifier & mix some custom colors - there's no 'flesh tone' in the default palette, for example. Drawing a #@$%&*!! straight line with a mouse on the other hand...:grumble:

I dont have programs (i dont have a computer)... i use a free online service (Image Magick) which makes it posible to antimate 2 or mor gifs (which i have stored at a free online host).!!!
