Case 1:5×3=15(yes or no)
Ans:yes.'.'3+3+3+3+3=15
Case 2:22/7=3.14(yes or no)
'.'22/7 also equals to3.1428571429....
Need some answer.

p means polynomial time and NP means non-polynomial time.I tried to understand by reading on Wikipedia. but I don't have a clue.but I wanted to understand what it meant.
