I am not very serious about it. Just angling to find more information.
Why did RigVeda say this? Svalbard has mid-night sun for four months.

The word Aryan is used as title in India. The Aryans are Indians and only Indians ( Aryans) migrated outside India to middle east and Europe. From above: Aryans were from a place where there was continuous sun-shine for seven months and the sun faltered in the eighth month.
is there such a place in the world? What about Arctic regions?
The name of the nation of Iran is derived from the word "Aryan." The various Persian peoples (Iranians, Pashtuns, Tajiks, etc.) are closely related to the various Indic peoples. Linguists call their group of languages Indo-Iranian.The word Aryan is used as title in India. The Aryans are Indians and only Indians ( Aryans) migrated outside India to middle east and Europe.
Homo sapiens did not migrate out of Africa until about 60,000 years ago. There were other related species living on other continents, notably H. neanderthalensis, but it's not clear that they played much of a role in the development of the culture our species built after becoming dominant. You guys are fighting over items that happened some 100,000 years ago or before....

The modern humans who lived in Africa 100KYA were nomadic hunter-gatherers with only paleolithic technology (stones, wood, and fires too cool to discover the chemistry needed to invent metal tools) who very likely had not even developed spoken language yet. It's unlikely that they did any of the things that have been suggested in this discussion.
That section of the story is about 20,000 year old.You guys are fighting over items that happened some 100,000 years ago or before ..
I doubt the underlined portion of your post. Even other simians communicate with each other, even dolphins do. What kind of level of development are you thinking of? IMHO, humans 100,000 years ago could communicate with me.The modern humans who lived in Africa 100KYA were nomadic hunter-gatherers with only paleolithic technology (stones, wood, and fires too cool to discover the chemistry needed to invent metal tools) who very likely had not even developed spoken language yet. While it's quite possible that dolphins have an oral language, humans are the only primates who have one. Of course we'd expect any highly intelligent creature to develop a system of communication, but our species is the only one whose communication system uses complex vocal sounds (beyond the level of barking single phonemes)--with the probable exception of the cetaceans as I noted above. The two species of gorilla and the two species of chimpanzee communicate in various ways and use a few sounds, but this does not satisfy the definition of a "language," which has to communicate more than one or two "words" at a time.I doubt the underlined portion of your post. Of course they must have been able to communicate at a rather sophisticated level to accomplish the things they did. But it's generally assumed that they did this with sign language. It's generally hypothesized today that humans developed spoken language around 70KYA. This is when the archeological record begins to show us sophisticated accomplishments that could not possibly have been done by people who were also using their hands for communication. What kind of level of development are you thinking of? Sage Atharva found fire, called it 'Grahyagni' (house fire), asked people to tend it five times a day, the son getting the 'grahyagni' from that of the father at the time of his marriage and the wife entrusted with tending it, .. and there were cows 'gawah' (I do not know if it meant Bos acutifrons or Rangifer tarandus).I really wanted to know, what happened between 100,000 years (I was there) and 12,000 years (Dwaraka, I was there) ..
