I need my vacation more than I need a watch..
In fact, I don't even have a watch.
And IF a watch was a need why oh why would it have to cost $1000 ?? :bugeye:
 
If you NEED a watch, you can pick up one anywhere for 20.00 +
I would pick up a cheap watch and use the rest for my vacation.

so you only spend the money once. Again, I would never spend that much on a watch, but it doesn't bother me if other people do, especially if they donate to charity.
If someone works hard and they can afford it, then why not?

why does it bother people so much when others do things they don't do? Do you really care so much about the cost of a person's watch???

I couldn't care less, it's just immensely hypocrite for a Christian to buy a $1000 watch..

Or brag about how rich and beautiful they are and how all the men drool over them. Then tell ppl to f-off and such. It doesn't add up to me.
 
So what are Christians allowed to spend and who makes that rule? Should they take the bus instead of flying? Shop at Goodwill instead of buying new clothes?
