Legal to beat ones wife?

please? pretty please?..even if i put a cherry on top?

i know..we will take a road trip..stafford county..but we gotta get there before 8 am..

In Stafford County its legal to beat your wife on the court house steps but it must be done before 8am and I think you have to use a stick.

Are there steps at the courthouse? Perhaps they have a disabled ramp.
Maybe they should change the law to make it more modern.

True. One could be prosecuted on a technicality if the court house has no steps. Or maybe it could be done in the stairwell.

Again if this law is on the books does it mean you could get away with it?

there is probably a clause to it that renders that you have just one minute out of the day to do it and when you beat her it wasn't at the right time.. lol

man gets prosecuted for assaulting his wife on the steps, officials had no problem with the argument that a baseball bat was a stick, they did have a problem when the defendant had used a aluminum baseball bat..
:D

I think federal and state law would override a municipal statute. I expect it's been tried. I would be interested to see the Claghorn trying to argue it.

Surely you can just drag them out of the chair? Although if it's one of those mobility scooters for fatties then I'd be inclined to agree.

I wonder if they also have provision for my horse to be fed and watered....

Of course, but not if you're humming when you ride up. Then it's the stocks, my lad.
