But that was never my contention. Your the one whose argument was based on UNGAR 181 mine was based on the UN charter article on self determination.

You were the one who was screaming about the Israelis ignoring U.N. General Council Resolution, and what I pointed out it was the Arabs who were the one to ignore UGC resolution, and started a WAR, not the Israelis, the Arabs were the ones to start this in 1948.

Firstly you have ignored the fact the arabs had every right to reject an agreement that denied them their rights to self determination. and secondly no you support the arabs. your bigot. you would just find some other reason to hate them.

It was the Arabs, and the Arabs not only didn't want a Jewish State West of the Jordan, the Arabs didn't want a independent Arab Palestinian State West of the Jordan, remember that was part of the UNGCR 181 also.

The theory of relativity tells us that matter can be changed to energy and energy to matter if we have enough energy. That means you can take something unstable like uranium, split it, and get energy, that energy will split more and more uranium atoms.

Iran can't do it because that country is so backward it's lucky to be able supply the people with clean water. Oh, wait, they can't even do that!!

That is all that I showed about U.N. 181 was that the Arabs did the same when they saw it to their advantage, because they knew that a General Council Resolution carried no force of Law unless both parties agreed to it.

The Israelis agreed to U.N. 181, and wished to work inside the frame work of the U.N., the Arabs refused to Recognize U.N. 181, and declared War, so now who is to blame, the evidence says the Arab State, they are the One's who refused the Mediation of the General Council, and to work inside the Frame work of the U.N., to solve the Issue in a Peaceful negotiated manner.

You still don't get why the arabs rejected UNRAR 181. and as one of my sources stated they did in fact have the right to go to war to protect their rights of self determination.

It applies but not in the way you think it does. The jews had no right to create their own state according to the laws of self determination than, now, or any time in between. The had the right to have a say in the political future of palestine but not take a course of action against the will of 70%( which is a low ball IMO a good portion of the jewish immigrants shouldn't count because they didn't immigrate in good faith) of the people. Your contention that ignoring the wishes of 30% of the population is bad makes your own argument look worse because your saying it was ok that 70% of the population has their wishes ignored. But I'm guessing your ok with that because their brown.

The Jews didn't do that, the UN did it. And the UN had that right, as evidenced by the unanimous vote on the matter.
