well,the thing is that lorentz addition of velocities require relativie velocity to be less than speed of light and it also shows that speed of light is constant when we compare it with any frames of reference. So we can have its velocity to change... Right? It that you mean? By velocity i mean direction and speed. By velocity of light change,i mean direction change but speed of light is constant..
