Guys, by definition "trolling" can involve repeating the same thing over and over again, like for instance a signature where signatures aren't the norm.

Admittedly people use to Newsgroups might still use Signatures in their posts, however that hasn't been the norm here on sciforum's since before 2001.

As for Victor, he should really find a new Acronym, as VEEG is already taken. (e.g. Video/EEG [electroencephalogram] (VEEG) telemetry monitoring)

Until the bag is full. That's the problem with your design. Jets work because every action has an equal and opposite reaction. So expelling jet exhaust causes propulsion. But if you put a bag over it, the bag exerts a force right back, cancelling out any net force in any direction.

For example. A box with a flexible plastic bag inside and inside the plastic bag, 4 turbines of electric motor.

The air must be exact: when a turbine is expelling air, the other 3 turbines should be filling your pressure tank.

In that I am, to test the theory and know if works or not my invention with the plastic bag.

You experiment is going to slow down.

You have to use a plastic bag that is very long, so it Breeze, don't brake you experiment.
 
The bag must also be wrinkled, giving you the option to be inflated. A stretched plastic bag does not inflate, but that will brake.
