If you can afford it, spend 30$ a month to get a membership at a good gym near where you live if possible. For some reason, its really hard for a lot of people to insert an exercise program into the middle of normal life at home. Even if its just laying down on their floor to do situps or whatever. Going to a gym for 30-45 minutes 3-5 times a week is comparitively easy. Its an event. Once youre there there is one thing to do. Exercise. You dont have to get creative or think too hard do an exercise. If you want to do 20 minutes of cardio, sit or stand on the machine and make it go. If you want to lift some weights, get hooked up with the machine and make it work. Simple. And just about the time you get tired and want to go home and chill, its good enough! Youve accomplished something good even if you only work out for 10 minutes! Even on your worst most unproductive days, you can salvage your dignity but just showing up at the gym and working out for a bit.
