When the Magnifier is a mirror developed by the distance, if you move a little further back, the mirror will disappear.
The blades of the fan disappeared because the shutter of the camera wasn't fast enough to capture the blades, the same thing with your vision, it isn't fast enough to capture the blades as they move, instead the blades are "blurred" and as the sunlight is so bright the blur isn't noticable (but it's there - as you could see when having the newspaper behind it).
The magnifier glass distorts the light so that it enters your eye (or the lense of the camera) in a way that enlarges the image (the apparent distance).
The heat in the room depends on the vibrations of the molecules (in the air and in the solids), electromagnetic heat (photons of infrared frequency) make molecules vibrate. Just because the sunlight vanishes doesn't stop them from vibrating, but they will - in time - vibrate more slowly due to heating the environment (which is then colder than the room).
I hate to burst your bubble, but these things aren't new discoveries, and new particles aren't needed to explain it. Science has progressed far beyond that and has answered most optical questions that we encounter in our daily lifes.
