For millions of years our ancestors were obligate carnivores, and we have their bodies.
As well as their instincts and their food preferences. We don't need no stinking carrots!
Modern humans have no need to eat meat to get all the nutrition they need. I'm not sure everybody would agree with you about their food preferences. But even if you were right about that, that also does nothing to address the moral arguments against eating meat.
Wrong about what? It's your choice to eat poorly, and my choice to eat a varied diet with complex proteins.
Welcome to sciforums. Did you come here just to take a swipe at vegetarians?
What makes you think eating a vegetarian diet is equivalent to eating "poorly"?
Why would you need someone to convince you that you are wrong? Are you doubting your choice?
Good observation. Yet every time one of these threads appears, suddenly we see meat eaters emerge from the woodwork to stridently defend their carnivorous appetites. Look at the number of posts that do nothing except crow about what kinds of meat the meat-eater likes, for example.
What's this over-defensiveness all about, do you think?
