If you were to remove the 'one time' condition the question would make no sense. It wouldn't be a dilemma.
If I must die some day, I can think of worst scenarios to meet the end.

however, that reality is not liked by those who seek to inflict their will on others so they make up lies to pretend that is not the case.
their ideology & morals are flawed and it is easy to see their hypocrisy.
the 1st, the worse, the best, the longest, the biggest...
human intellect is an experiential mechanism of creative construction.
the more experience the better the sum total of the end equilibrium.
along with addiction issues, risk aversion is a very big driving evolutionary principal wound into morals and culture and behavior norms.
the elephant in the room is the aspect of personal baggage and personal issues.
those who have less hang ups and disorder have better quality complex outcomes of experiential process by default.
trying to (can you/is it possible to)unwind the power and control aspect from sex(?) is extremely difficult
considering the question you are asking, this question should remain on the shelf for a while.
It isn't too difficult, just a matter of human biology.

Personally:
I do not like being "in charge"/"in control".
It places too much responsibility on me, and then creating a process to satisfactory completion is just too damned much work.
Both of my wives proposed to me, and almost all of the women with whom i have had sex initiated the process.
That being said I have found that even if/when they initiate the sexual encounter, there comes a time when they want me to "be in charge"-----------(sigh) (A firm hand on the tiller---so to speak)
(one thing---I found it prudent to learn how to not have premature ejaculations long ago and far away)
The same has been true in many of life's events with other people doing other tasks. I prefer to not have to plan everything and direct my fellows to the most economical process for the best outcome.
When forced into a position of leadership, I even dream solutions to potential problems..........(there are many many other things I would rather dream of). ---Too damned much work...........
The same is true of driving-----I am good at it, but prefer to let other people do it.
It seems that the best interactions come from a mutual effort.

Long ago and far away, a human cell(male) tried to eat a mitochondrial cell(female) and couldn't digest it.
The mitochondria, finding itself inside a warm and safe environment decided to be a good symbiote and find something productive to do. Slowly, the mitochondria divested itself of parts that it did not need now that it had a good safe home. And now, we have both evolved together for our mutual benefit and most likely could not live without each other.
