I installed it but the printer doesn't respond

Added printer in controller panel but still no sauce. E20 keeps flashing on printer

I think I broke something.... in some kind of window that popped up. Said code code code. This doesn't look right.

Can virus affect printing ability?

Btw I'm not on that computer

I purchased a new Cannon printer last year and was having trouble connecting via wireless. I had, what I thought, an inactive anti-virus program on my laptop. On a hunch I deleted the program from my system. After that my printer was working perfectly over the local wireless. It is possible that you have such a program or firewall that is causing problems.

Just a thought.
