Has anyone read this document, or documents relating to it? I learned about Gustav's Theory of Revolution my sophomore year but didn't save any of the documents, and I've had a tough time finding it anywhere online. As far as I remember, it basically says that other than the obvious reasons for kindling a revolution, economic hardship etcetera, that the elites of a nation or society, disenfranchised by fellow elites, are the ones largely responsible for riling the public up enough for them to rebel.
