Grossest thing you've ever eaten back accident.

Its amazing how cultural this all is. I think 'red wings' is probably almost universally icky though, so domesticated om would win.
 
Someone I went to school with as a kid once ate dog poo when he was like 2 years old.
He developed typhoid fever because of it..
He told me he thought it was liquorice candy at the time.. :D
 
I ate a live Witchity grub when I was in Australia last year. We were at an aboriginal cultural center and they asked for a volunteer and one thing led to another and before you know it I had bitten off its head and sucked out the insides. It really wasn't all that bad, sort of bland in fact.
 
When I was a kid I left a 1/2 drank pop outside on the patio. The next morning I took a swig and swallowed. Something didn't seem right and I dumped the pop out to find there was ants in it.......I started gagging
