fast weight loss help

I am currently 5'5" and 140 lbs. I work out two to three days a week for an hour. I don't eat much meat, fish, or chicken. My daily meals usually consist of a big big portion of cereal, two bananas, an apple, and a cheese sandwhich for the whole day. However, I can not seem to lose weight I've tried eating 6 meals with very small portion and just eating minimally everyday but nothing seems to work.

I would like advice. I will do anything to lose weight by December 8. I have to wear a dress and it would be a shame if I still weighed 140. I would like to be 125 but anything below 140 is fine. Please any advice I mean I will LITERALLY do anything that is SURE to help me lose weight by December 8!!! Suggestions (please don't all help me at once)
 
December 8th isn't far off. There are others here who can offer more advice than I can, but one thing you haven't mentioned is drinks.

Giving up all sugar, especially drinks, will have a drastic effect on your weight. Although 15 pounds in two weeks is a bit much to expect from that alone.
 
gosh ....dunno .....shit ahm one of those ahm health people u know at the local shop they usualy know a lot

you dont sound too fat do u think ur big cause u dont sound like u are
 
You already seem to be eating an ok diet. I wouldn't change that part.

What I would suggest is raising the amount of calories you burn on a daily basis. Do a bunch of exercise.
Me personally, I'd do tons of jogging/running.
 
If you are in good health there is one way to lose up to 4kg a day.
We practice it in martial arts when need to get weight off quick in order to get into a particular weight group.

What you need is to dress in winter clothes and work out very seriously for about 1-1,5h, that includes running, push ups, etc. Human body is 65% water.

I advise you get a proper trainer to manage your sessions.

no seriously dont do that, its dangerous, drink plenty of water at room temperature, and just eat things like, pulses, veg, and cereals, bananas are not good for weight lost on they're own.


if you drink water at room temp then your body can digest it better and you wont seem so hungry all the time
 
She won't lose that weight till the 8 of December just by proper diet. It's one week away. Natural human metabolism is not that fast.
She should eat mostly yogurt, drink water and exercise like advised.
Cereal is a definite no-no, as well as white bread.
 
Cut out the bread and cheese -full of carbs!
Everytime your hungry for something bad have a tall glass of water or chew some gum.
I do a 100 sit ups every morning, helped trim my tummy and hips very well.
Walking is very good exercise, maybe try walking to work if not too far away - Apart from buring calories, wakes you up beautifully ready for the day! :D
 
or even if she cant walk to work and have to catch public transport, then get of the bus, tram, a few stops early, thats what i do with my kids, we catch the bus to the local shops and then we walked from there which is about 1 mile

Wow, I have only just clicked on to the date and how close that is - Christ, where has this year gone...argh!

OK - lick a piece of raw chicken, you will lose weight super fast (JOKE)!

If you exercise more with weights then you should lose more weight. Muscle burns fat and elevates your metabolism. You don't need to get bulky, just use hand and anke weights. You are also eating way too much carbs, you need more lean protein or vegetables. To lose weight by December 8????? Go on a liquid diet like slim fast and exercise your ass off!!!
 
Skip all soda...only drink water. Don't eat cereals even if it is said not containing any sugar..most f the m do contain sugar. (they are unhealthy...that is one of the reasos the Danish Government forbid some brands). Eat bread in the morning. If you have a lunchbreak at school/work, us it to make a 15 min walk.
Don't eat anything between your 3 meals a day.
Use olive oil instead of butter. don't use sugar or replacements in your coffee/tea.
Don,'t have a to late dinner (around 6 would be great). Make a walk after dinner.

These things should help you to lose weight.
Still it is very unhealthy to lose a lot of weight in a very short period.

Don't hurt yourself to lose weight..that is even worse!
