Calculating the precession of Mercury by the classic universal gravitation F=GMm/R^2 will have a deviation of 43" per century.
And by the modified gravitation formula F=GMm/R^2*(c-v)/c, the results obtained can eliminate the 43" deviation.

I really don't know this. Just like what a magnetic field is and what an electric field is, I can't answer. I just know there is something there.

Newton's universal gravitation equation F=GMm/R^2, I think it has always been true. Although it is a mathematical formula, humans have been using it for hundreds of years.

How difficult is it for us to be able to make different voices in the scientific forum.
But even if it is blocked, we must stick to our correct ideas. Just like what Copernicus did hundreds of years ago.

So far no Journal is willing to publish my theory, because Newton and Einstein exist like two gods. How can their theories be challenged.
No scholar can find any flaws in my theory. But there are very few scholars willing to support my theory. But there are indeed a few doctors who support my theory. Thanks very much.
