The purpose of their repetition is wearing down the opposition - they're not arguing, they're repeating, and the purpose is to occupy the rhetorical field, use up the bandwidth, outshout. Take advantage of the free platforms, all of them, over and over and over.

They aren't trying to win an argument, they're trying to get you to quit.

I'm white and I've always been a minority in my homeland. The Ku Klux Klan tried to keep my ancestors out of Canada because they didn't speak English. They were German.
