Do all races have the same genetic IQ potential?

You really believe that?
That's the first condition. Einstein would have scored poorly on a Japanese intelligence test (assuming he didn't speak Japanese).

And beyond culture, there is a myriad of other cultural considerations that complicate "testing" of intelligence.

IQ is not a real thing, neither is any mythological link between genes and intelligence.

A "real thing"? I think you're confusing the map with the territory. Nobody claims IQ is "real", it's a measurement highly correlated with performance. Are you claiming it's not highly correlated with performance?

So you believe that if a Japanese family adopted an Australian Aborigine baby, they'd grow up with a 105 IQ?

Performance isn't intelligence. I don't think Aboriginal Australians are any less intelligent than an average Japanese person. It sounds like you are assuming so.

Self-denigration is what it is, but that says nothing about whether anyone else need watch.

You seriously believe Australian Aborigines are as intelligent as the Japanese? We all know what intelligence is, you're gaslighting and lying.

I didn't say that, did I?

Let's not move the goalposts. You asked, "For example if you put an Australian Aborigine in Japan would they get a 105 IQ?" The answer is, "No. He wouldn't even be able to read the test."

Similarly, if you plunked the most exceptionally intelligent Japanese down in the outback, he would die.

Yes, I got that the answer was no, you said that already, so I asked a further more developed question. And what if we gave them a culture neutral test, e.g. Raven's?

If a baby with Aborigine genetics grew up in Japanese culture, why would you expect him to perform differently than a baby with Japanese genetics?

Because that's the pattern we see everywhere. If you close your eyes and pretend real hard, then races are the same. Meanwhile, in reality, races perform similarly wherever they're transplanted, strongly implicating genetic differences. But that's just scientific parsimony. If you're an a priori Marxist you can throw out Occam's razor and posit mysterious forces of "discrimination", which magically increase with distance.
