Lol, thats what nato wants you to believe. Nato has techs to find the quota of smart people at school they need to run society. The rest can be as dumb as feck for all society needs.
Just because you think nato is going down, is not whats really happening. Nato has the nwo it wants, and all the techs it needs to hold onto its power. They just need a certain amount of people that are smart enough to run it. Nato is building a nwo, so they will have to make a society where everyone is equally dumb. Thats easier then a society where everyone is equally intelligent.
So china has left it too late. Nato has already got the nwo it wants.
I bet nato techs are way beyond the imaginations of the general public. Most of the public have no idea how society is run.
I think that china would at least know a little of how nato is run, and china is no real threat to them, nato just needs enough smart people to fill its quota, then the rest can be as dumb as they like. If you goto school in nato countries, they are watching out for those that can be used, and they only need to fill a quota.
I am sure china is doing loads, but i would suggest they are far behind nato in there research.
