Incredible. I cannnot stand being in my own house because the asshole upstaris is smking in his bathroom. My ENTIRE FUCKING HOUSE smells like smoke. I have to leave my own house, because it's so disgusting. I have a son and a pregnant wife that are being poisoned because an asshole decided to poison himself. :mad:

Smoking should be BANNED. It's much worse then any other drug around, including illegal drugs. But the elite is just profiting too much for that to happen..... :bugeye:

Excuse me... I can't stay here....
 
It should most definitely not be banned. I don't smoke, but if somebody else wants to, I think that's there right.

and has for banning smoking has from 1st july you cannot smoke in any public place in the uk,

and yes it should be banned

It should also be my right to protect my family from being poisoned in my own fucking home, eh? :bugeye:

What about talking to the neighbor and trying to resolve it, ro come to some agreement?

If it really is causing actual harm to your family, then there must be some legal action you can take.

i hate people being allowed to smoke in public, like me and my wife will be walking down the street behind somebody unnaware, and then suddenly a huge cloud of smoke will blow back into my wifes face, and it makes her start coughing and she is pregnant she doesent need that,


and i cant even snap his neck because i will be arrested, what a world. we can kill people with smoke and dirty pollution fumes. but can i break some guys legs for harming my wife and unborn child, ofcourse not thats unsociable,

ofcourse second hand smoke causes harm to people, if you inhale all of those dirty toxins its not going to do any good.

there is no law saying people are not allowed to harm others by smoking, because the government make too much money from tobacco. laws are only made to help the government not to actualy care for the community.

Yeah sure you do. And some of us are pretty short-tempered with people who get married too young, have children too young, and haven't prepared themselves with a career that provides them with proper housing to have a family in the first place. Then you start complaining that we don't pay enough taxes for your kids to have a nice school, that we drive too fast for your untethered kids to play in an unfenced yard, that our TV is too smutty for your kids to watch at 10pm when they should be in bed...

yeah that was real relevant to the thread.


why should somebody be allowed to blow a shit load of chemical toxins into my pregnant wifes face and make her cough her guts out?

if i am out with my newborn child in the future, do you think its ok for some guy to blow smoke in my babies face? would you be impressed if your newborn baby had hundreds of poisonous chemicals blown in its face?


am i allowed to go and spray toxic fumes from a can into somebodies face?

If the house you're renting is supposed to be non-smoking then call the landlord. If it's not then move to one that is. Pretty simple.

"House smells like smoke" to "person blowing smoke right in my babies face" is a pretty huge leap too. Lets be realistic here...
 
70-80% of second hand smoke fumes are invisible, and his wife is pregnant, so a newborn baby will be in the house soon enough, and if you can smell smoke that means the invisible toxins are present,

so technically smoke in a babies face is very to the point, just because you cant see the toxins doesent mean they are not causing damage, especialy when pregnant people and babies are concerned, do you know how easily a fragile babies lungs can be damaged?

You keep saying "house", but what you mean is "apartment", right?

And if that's true, how does the smoke get into your apartment? If it comes in the window, ..well, I know this might be hard to grasp, but you could close the window.

I'm also curious ...if you get this angry and upset about a little cigarette smoke, you must be absolutely livid and murderous about the car exhaust that gets into your apartment through the very same window ...which you don't know how to close.
