Why must I explain the mainstream view of quantum creationism when it is no longer an esoteric concept that is only appreciated and taught by mathematical physicists? The concept is now acknowledged to be real science in the popular culture.

Prof. Alexander Vilenkin does use the term "quantum creation" is the first video. And the spontaneous quantum creation of "a beautiful woman" out of inanimate matter is a perfectly unambiguous illustration of "quantum creationism" as I have defined the term. Thus, your whining is completely unjustified.

Prof. Alexander Vilenkin didn't confess in that video to being a quantum creationist. He just asserts that a "quantum creation" of the universe is extremely reasonable. There are also other unabashed cosmologists. For instance, Stephen Hawking asserts that he and Jim Hartle have developed a view of "the spontaneous quantum creation of the universe."
