yeah well that company is fully fledged ...
Has anyone in here heard of Escaflowne? It's an older anime movie. About the same time as Mobile Suit Gundam Wing.(1995)
I've heard of School Rumble but always thought it was by Sunrise.
Mobile Suit Gundam OO: A Wakening of the Trailblazer is the name of the Gundam OO movie coming out this year:
Here is the trailers
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0WNe6BrTbc
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OgfoGfC067U
So here is the Gundams and their pilots:
GNX-803T GN-XIV ( the successor of GN-X, used presumably by the Federation forces )
GN Flag II ( this time it actually works, it is piloted by Graham Acre )
GN-010 Gundam Zabanya ( Lockon Stratos' Gundam )
CB-002 Raphael Gundam ( piloted by Terria Erde, and yes he does comes back obviously as seen from the trailers, but I didn't expect him to just materialize )
GNT-0000 00 Qan(T) ( Sestuna F. Seiei's Gundam, it is spammed with 0s )
GN-011 Gundam Harute ( Piloted by Allelujah/Hallelujah Haptism, and yes as seen from the trailers he and Marie/Soma comes back to Celestial Being, Allelujah is my favorite Gundam Meister )
Here is all the details I know:
The Federation is planning something weird, and the Innovators are behind it. That something is a list of potential Innovades, Innovators.
The Federation wants to get Marie/Soma back. She is the only "successful" Super Soldier so she probably could potentially be a Innovator, she have every ability they have except for contact with Veda.
It appears that Nena Tirnity and Ribbons Almark is back.
Graham Acre is with Celestial Being, being the only Gundam Meister with a normal childhood. Sestuna was a child soldier for Ali Al Sachess, Lockon's family was killed in a terrorist bombing in Ireland, Allelujah/Hallelujah was a "failed subject" of HRL's Super Soldier program, Marie Parfacy/Soma Peries was paralyzed for most of her childhood, and was the only "successful" Super Soldier. Speaking of which, Marie is the only female Gundam Meister.
I presume it is going to be about the events that happened 80 years ago on Jupiter, and Celestial Being will be trying to make new GN Drives, and there will be a special GN Drive. Judging from the title "A Wakening of the Trailblazer" I assume the trailblazer refers to GN Drives
Here is the translations for the first trailer:
* Innovator: “I’m going. Don’t you want to know the true strength of an Innovator? Of course, I'll show you as you please.”
* Unknown Voice: “Veda accumulated data on the world through the Innovades. We are supervising and controlling them.”
* Unknown Voice: “Commence particle missile attack upon reaching the [designated] point as per Plan D34.”
* Lyle:“You’re slow. Even though you’re an Innovator.”
* Marina: “I want to deepen our understanding of each other and search for the best path. Not by opposing each other, but through talking and understanding.”
* Allelujah: “It’s alright. Swinging by from time to time isn’t bad.”
* Nena 2: “The Federation Government’s secret data: it’s data on the citizens who have strong QBW and the factor to become Innovators.”
* Setsuna: “Ribbons Almark!?”
* Allelujah: “They’re targeting Marie!? Why!?”
* Billy: “Diet member [Klaus] Grad, make a proposition to the congress that they be forced into a QBW isolation institution.”
* Sumeragi: “Tell him how you feel. Yeah, that’s necessary to understanding each other.”
* Setsuna: “I don’t get it, I really don’t get it.”
* Lyle: “Sorry, your fun holiday is over.”
* Nena 2: “I wonder if you’ve read the materials I sent you? Mister Innovator.”
* Sumeragi: “These are the dialogues to come…”
* Setsuna: screaming in pain
* Lyle: "Setsuna!"
* Hallelujah: “What are you doing!?”
* Tieria: “We Innovedo have decided to walk alongside humanity. For that purpose!”
* Graham: “I couldn’t bear it any longer, BOY!”
* Setsuna: “Roger. 00 Qan[T], Setsuna F Seiei, heading out!”
* Setsuna: screaming

I am going to post news about anime mainly the mecha ones.
Quote from http://www.inpforums.com/[inp]fansubs/20244-fansub-positions-tutorials.html
Fansub positions tutorials
I said that I'd put up a tutorial for those who wants to help with Fansub. And people have been asking me what kind of process an episdoe has to go through before we can release it. So first of all, I'll put up a short description of each position of Fansub and the processes involve.
Translation:
As the position says, you have to translate from Japanese or Chinese to English. Your English grammar doesn't have to be perfect. You also don't have to be a native language speaker either. As long you know the language well enough to convey to us what is being said in each episode, then you're okay. The estimated time for you to translate an episode would be about 3 to 6 hours. So yes, it can be frustrating. If your language skill is above a certain level, then you'll be qualified as a translation checker.
Timing:
After the translation is done. The episode has to be timed. It is a process in which you decide when for the subtiles to appear in the episode. In my opinion, it's the most tedious job in all of the position, but Hyrrokkin said he has fun doing it. Anyway, it would take about 1 to 2 hours max for an experience timer to time an episode. Takes 5 or 7 hours more for new timers. More information about timing will be provided in the timing tutorial section.
Translation Checker:
Now the episode is translated and timed. So basically it's a translation checker's job now. As a translation checker, you have to be fluent in the language. Your job is to correct any translation mistakes, provide any translation notes, and talk to editor about sentences that might confuse the editor or the fans, etc. Though you're just watching the episode, it could take you about 1 to 2 hours to get the job done cause you have to do some research some time.
Typesetter:
A typesetter is someone who chooses the font to use for subtitle. Sounds easy, eh? They are also the ones responsible for setting the positions of how the subtitles should appear in the episode. For instance, where to place the translation of sign, episode title, translation notes, etc. It's your job to go through the episode 1 or 2 times to look for any signs that translator and/or translation checker might miss and make sure all of the lines are typesetted. It would take about 1/2 to 1 hour for you to do this job since sometimes many different fonts have to be used. More information will be provided in the typesetting tutorial section.
Karaoke Maker:
Yes, the position which I love the most and best at! Your job is to make karaoke for any opening, ending, insert song. You're also the one responsible for making the attack effects. Nothing else to say beside it's the most exciting position in all of the fansub position.
Editor:
Must be fluent in English. Even everyone type in English here, you'll be surprise at how many people there is who can do it correctly. Your job is to proofread the script and correct any grammar mistakes. You're also responsible for fixing any timing errors, typesetting errorrs, etc. In other words, your job is to correct any mistakes you can find in the script! So you're the one that finalize the script before sending it to the encoder. So yes, you're the first one to get to watch the near perfected episode before anybody else.
Encoder:
I don't have anything much to say about encoder beside they are someone who encodes the subtitle to the raw episode. Take about 8 hours or so depending on your computer speed.
Quality Checkers:
The lucky guys who get to watch the release before anybody else. Your job is to watch the episode and complain if there's any problem with the episode. If there's a problem, then talk to the ones responsible and ask them to correct it. Then encode again. If there's no problem, then our fans will have a new release.
Ugh. I hate fansubs. It's killing the industry here. It's because of them that anime has declined as a profitable medium in the United States. It's no better than internet piracy.
