Just tribes moving around, time and Evolution. Different tribes have there own markers, in England parts of the country have genetic markers associated with the Vikings, where they landed settled and populated.

That is because the mother may produce anti bodies to the Rh antigen in the baby.
This risk is higher for the second child.

Пин, ну это общеизвестно, зачем Вы мне это объясняете? Я спрашиваю Вас о том - зачем эволюции делать так, что один человек воспринимается другим( не на уровне сознания, а на физическом, уровне ), как нечто чужеродное, как если бы они принадлежали к разным видам?

My son’s blood is O -ve. As a result, the blood transfusion service is after him all the time for donations, as his blood is universally compatible.

You mean, how does an immune system work? Generally? We encounter alien antigens all the time. Our immune system deals with them in many different ways. If it did not deal with them one of those antigens may belong to an organism that could cause us harm.
Infectious diseases and immune systems evolve together in populations over time.
Some of the most serious pandemics have occurred when a pathogen in population A encounters a different population B.
Population A has some immunity but B has none.
These are well documented.
