Hehe, now that is funny. This kinda reminds me of when the airlines forced us to wear masks on the plane. I had punched hundreds of little holes in my mask and I would take it off when the stewardess wasn't looking, or I would pretend like I was eating just to keep that silly thing off my face.

Oh yeah. I read the literature on both sides. I trust true scientists, but I know a marketing scam when I see one, especially in THIS society.

What's your litmus test for "true scientist"? I ask because when I see that it's usually code for "the ones I agree with." Just wonderin'.

Ding ding ding ding ding. You nailed it. Is there any other way? Why would I trust the ones I don't agree with? I certainly don't trust the mainstream, closed-minded ones. I certainly don't trust the ones controlled by corporations, governments, and even religions. My litmus test is experience. I don't have any interest in beliefs, especially other people's beliefs.
 
If there are multiple reasonable alternatives and you relentlessly cling to your own then you are being unreasonable.

Yes, While the scientists busy working out how the virus was operating and Drs were trying to keep people alive working 24 / 7 we had heroic freedom fighters out on the streets.
This was during lockdown when people were not supposed to be socialising.
The purpose? To inform us that only very old people were dying and they were part of the 99.9% that didn't, therefore lockdown did not apply to them.

I know right? Kinda like right now, I'm not even wearing a mask and I've been all over the place today mingling with people. You can just call me "Mr. Bio Terrorist". LOL. Although, wait a minute... hmmm, now that I think about I didn't see anyone else in town wearing a mask either. Holy hell, this whole town is just filled with bio-terrorists. Damn!!! I hope the gubment doesn't find out, they might just quarantine the whole city.

Even though Covid is still around, it isn't as dangerous as it was before, thanks to... wait for it.... wait for it... vaccines. You're welcome.

Hehe, yeah tell me about it. All those rioters in the streets during the 2020 riots and not wearing a mask were a hoot. Apparently, viruses don't affect rioters. Go figure.
