Seriously... WTF?

Its obviously a response to US troops abroad

There's several problems with that.

  1. I live in New Zealand, not the U.S.
  2. The New Zealand Govt did not support the US invasion of Iraq, and oddly enough Iraqi insurgents are aware of this (long story).
  3. New Zealands Role in Iraq has been one of helping the Iraqi people rebuild.
  4. Our involvement in Afghanistan is negligible (we have some SAS there, but i'm not certain what their role is).
  5. New Zealand has loudly, and very publicly opposed a number of US foreign policies, to the point where we lost our ANZUS protection as a result of an act of French terrorism, and our anti-nuclear stance

Obviously a certain aspect of the population feel strongly about the export of NZ sheep to iraq
