Sure it is! If the Palestinian people had formed a great and powerful army in the early 1900s, they could have stopped the "invasion" without a bit of trouble. See? They had a choice and chose not to use it.

Pay per view? You choose to kill children every time you pay.

And everytime you ignore the dead children, you choose to kill the next one.

No, once again you are utterly in error.

    1. The Palestinians had nowhere to flee to. This is common knowledge. If you are unaware of this you are either, dishonest or in denial. (no surprises there)
    2. Regarding bias, the HRW is utterly neutral as you would know if you cared to read the report. The legal issues is laid out here: VI. Legal Standards. http://www.hrw.org/en/node/81726/section/7
Please feel free to debate any point in this document.

What happened to that boy is atrocious and those responsible should be condemned. However.

My question is simple. Do you unconditionally condemn the IDF war crimes?

My friend, there is no difference in atrocities committed under conditions of aggression, war and oppression.

It is merely a matter of scale. We can clearly see who leads in this regard.

You are clearly getting emotional over a slaughtered Israeli child, but yet you have not displayed any compassion for the 400 children slaughtered in Gaza. You are indeed a utter bigot.

Like you do when you ignore the thousands of India kids that die every day in India because of the lack of sanitary sewers?? Like that??

Not at all. Like you do when you think selling military weapons like flechettes that SHRED hundreds of children somehow gives you the moral ground to pass judgement on a man under occupation for killing two.

Yes, they did. And many did flee and the IDF did nothing to hinder them, and in fact, helped them where they could.

Did you see where the UN chief of the region reprimanded his staff for being overly biased in their comments? Did you see his official letter to his staff about their continued political bias? Check it out.

Atrocities, yes ...war, no. Big difference!

If there were 400 kids "slaughtered" in the war, it was unintentional and the Israeli army has repeated said they didn't intentionally target civilians. I believe them far, far more than I believe the reports coming out of Gaza. Gaza has been issuing such propaganda for decades ...and it wouldn't surprise me if we found out at some later date that Hamas actually killed those kids themselves just so they could blame the IDF!!!

Constant bullshit propaganda can come back and bite you in the ass if you're not careful. Just like the Afghanis claiming that no matter what is bombed, it's always a wedding party!! ...LOL!

    Where did they flee to?

The parts of Gaza Strip that the IDF was not going to attack. Flyers were dropped, radio and tv, as well. And many did leave, there were videos of them carrying their belongings on their backs, or in donkey carts (you know, 21st century conveyances?!).

How did they flee? Seeing as there was no fuel or electricity? Or food or water before the ground invasion? Especially since the tunnels were targeted first?

They walked!! I just told you that ...with all their belongings on their backs or on donkey carts.

???? You don't know how large Gaza Strip is, do you??? Look at a map, SAM, it's sometimes helpful. And I saw one on the Internet showing the IDF forces path and operations areas. Tons of areas the IDF didn't even touch.

Actually, I saw it live. So yeah, I know exactly when Israel was bombing. Mostly during the time of "ceasefire" when people came out thinking they were safe/

Pretty ignorant people to come out of hiding during a freakin' war! Geez, if Gazans are that damned stupid, now I see why they're still livin' in the 18th century in a shithole!

Just curious, SAM, but were those people coming out to join a wedding party?? ...LOL!

That illustrates the honesty and openness of HRW and thus the INTEGRITY of said report. Nothing is hidden, its all on the table. As professional reports should be.

Stop shuffling around and answer the question. Are you condoning the use of WP on Palestinians?
    Identified in the report as:
The children were killed, slaughtered, murdered, executed, whatever term you wish to use. Hundreds of them. With blood and dreams, just like Israeli children. You are YET to show compassion.

You make Ted Bundy look like a really nice guy.

    Shalom

I agree. The Israelis have proved time and again they cannot be trusted. I guess they were distracted by the thought of luxuries like food for their children.

I remember one old woman who said if it was only her, she would wait out the war, but how could she watch her grandchildren starve? [the parents being dead and hence ineffectual]

So yeah, if the occasional Palestinian goes berserk, what you gotta do is say thanks to the millions of them who don't.

The WP was used to provide smoke screens for the IDF troops. The WP was NOT used "ON" Palestinians. It was dropped and/or fired to provide smoke screens. Such is the hazards of war. Big difference between declared, announced war, and hacking kids to death with an axe.

Sure it wasn't millions? Perhaps billions? And they were all going to a wedding party, right? And those nasty IDF troops just gunned 'em all down, piled 'em up in giant bloody piles ...milliions of kids, perhaps billions, all dress up for the wedding parties, right?

Compassion? That's reserved for people or things that deserve it, not just tossed out willy-nilly. The Pals asked for the war by shooting rockets, if you want to blame someone, try Hamas.

Yeah, but you should NEVER try to justify that one Pal who went beserk and killed kids with an axe!!
