Really.... I don't see how that's checkmate... not at all.... You're not too good at chess QQ. Need some practice.

My empowerment or disempowerment, kind of like being disembowled or castrated, is not one bit the reason behind this thread.
The only question I see in this thread, is "what is psychosis". Or maybe "Psychosis~ What is it?" When really we all know and can understand that it is a false question. We are not wanting to know half of what psychosis is. We want to understand psychosis better. That is all.

QQ is the arragant and bastardizing one to state things in the manner that he has, not understanding what the thread is about, and not understanding me neither. It's like a big "deer calling" sign right in front of your face.

Psychosis is already well understood, I am afraid that this is yet another one of the checkmates or, moves where QQ thought that he had checkmated me, when I have actually, checkmated him. ... So... eat that....

well understood!..... yet you can not provide one reference that shows this to be the case. The nature of science is never conclusive ...hence this thread.
Firstly human science does not recognise the causation.
Secondly Human science has not been able to offer a solution
thirdly Susyphus has not actually posted a definition yet to this thread.

So it is really well understood....hmmmmm I think not and the evidence is available whenever you choose to go look.
Also there has been many posters and readers who also would like to be entertained by this thread as they too are not confident in the definition of psychosis that they have.

and how am I stating things in the "manner" you describe?

Correct we do want to understand psychosis better and thank you for your input and demonstrations
    please explain further though....
well you are demonstrating symptoms of psychosis and the disempowerment of self delusion can be achieved with out falsifying what you sense.

With proper therapy and none of this sensory falsification we have a chance of success, other wise sucking on a Serequel or a Zyprexa will have to suffice.
The check mate stands Sisyphus, care for another game....

You lost your pawn in a middlegame, had a long struggle durring the endgame, and finally, with a great stride to come back, lost the whole game due to a blunder.

You were eventually of course mated on g8 with a white Queen. What a typical game of chess.

But it was a good game Sisyphus I must admit...and you taught me heaps...

I haven't played chess since...and that was nearly 18 months ago

    edit: readers please note:
Sisyphus has just been empowered with the truth. It was a good game and yes I learned a lot from his game and tuitoring.

Now normally in the flow of things this "compliment or truth" will set off another barrage of command and demand as Sisyphus struggles to deal with the empowerment offered. The following should be interesting...

Are you serious. We played a game of chess and you won. And you read my mind durring that. Now that is amazing.
If I remember correctly on the other handn the last game we played that I forfited on was a game where I had an entirely won game positionally speaking.

    That 's the facts, jack.

why did you forfit a won game Sisyphus?

Do you see how an abuse of power such as forcing a person to surrender a won game [ without realisiing that you are forcing the player to surrender it too I might add - in ignorance of what you are doing] can be so debilitating and disempowering to the person acting in ignorance of his own power...?
not nice to learn that you are inadvertantly cheating

Actually if I remember correctly this last game inspired me to develop what I have called "The Diamond Rule" regarding ethics and morality when confronted with your own psychic ability.
Applied in this context it means:
"if you are going to cheat at least know that that is what you are doing"
In otherwords don't delude yourself into thinking it as being anything else but cheating. And as I do not like cheating or being cheated on, like most people it is an very important rule.
Playing competitive chess showed me just how much cohersion is involved between two players [ in ignorance in most cases but defiitely conscious and known in others]
The use of mental intimidation techniques, mind reading and out right violence is common. [ mostly at a psychic level - subliminal]
As I don't really like being abused, it is difficult to enjoy a timed game with most anonomous opponents but email chess is not bad.

edit: you will note that the grand masters of chess generally are the best of gentlemen on the playng field. As they know or have learned the hard way, that the time and energy they spend trying to coherce and intimidate their opponents with mind games will ultimately cost them the game.
However to get to the level they are at playing chess they woudl have had to find a way to concentrate when the opponents were attempting to intimidate them and that is why they are grand masters of chess and not wallowing somewhere in an internet room flaming the opponents subliminally....and claiming a false win
"learn how to win the game and not be too concerned about winning it, for when you have learned how to win, winning comes easy" ~Tony Robbins

    LOL..

Can you have controled psychosis like for example in a sporting sense.

A boxer may shut off the whole world apart from his opponent (there is only himself and the opponent in existence), yet there is a start and stop trigger (the bell). Ting..the man is focused and proceeds to cause as much pain as possible to his opponent, Ting.. the man sits and listens to advice, Ting...back to the pain.

    Dimethoxyphenylethylamine

    http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v199/n4889/abs/199203a0.html

So they found this substance in the urine of schizophrenics which is somewhere between adrenalin and mescaline..and if as a side effect it occurs naturaly in schizophrenics* it means they may be able to metabolicly create their own hallucinations, and is a potentialy a cause of psychosis.

*they may have overlooked the fact that the 15/19 schizo patients might be schizo, because of using mescaline type drugs.
