My step mother (Lakota Sioux) was drop dead gorgeous in her younger days. Those cheekbones, the color of her skin, the slant of her eyes. Quite beautiful and exotic looking.
20 years ago or so they did a study simillar to the question posed here. They asked people across the globe who the most the most beautiful woman was out of hundreds of female models of all varied ethnicities and races (non-airbrushed full length pictures; the study was also one of the first to find the magic hip to waist ratio that is 'univesally' held attractive by males) and the winner was:

I don't know any women who want bigger thighs. I think that's a guy thing. Although I have never hear of any man who wants a woman's thighs bigger.
