You're going to hell.

    There's as much evidence of a hell where Christians go to heaven as there is for a hell where Christians go to hell. Hell as Christianity sees it was made up near the fall of the Roman Empire to keep the peasants in line, and the bible was altered accordingly to give the peasants even more reason to believe they had justification.

    Its as simple as that.

    Since we are in the topic of Hell. Where the hell is "Hell" and its origin....

    Is Hell a Christian construct?

    It's not at all a Christian construct, it can be seen in mythology from before AD (Anceitn Egyptians etc) and I'm sure it must be in human nature to think up concepts like heaven and hell...
