Well, the authorities finally decided to pick him up as he was preparing to leave the state of Delaware - his youngest victim allegedly being only 3 months old! All but one were little girls... The doctor had videos documenting his "prolonged vaginal exams" and other crimes dating back to 1994. However, a judge refused to issue a search warrant ~5 years ago, even though complaints had been filed... The AMA (American Medical Association) is accused of helping to cover up the problem. (these last bits according to "Dr. Phil", a TV show here in the states on March 4th), but here is a news excerpt: I mean... I... I just don't know! Where do we go from here?

Give him some sort of sentence, put him in jail, and release him to mingle with the inmates. They're gonna give him the royal bum-fucking treatment, to start with, and then they're gonna get to work. And again I ask.. How did he get the opportunity to do it? How? How in the hell did he get the opportunity to do this over and over again? And how was this allowed to continue for so god damn long?
