I'm reading scores like that like this:
2-2 draw after 120 minutes, Germany wins the penalty shoot-out. I write it like 2-2p.

 

My prediction Final game Brazil - Germany. Now that's a hot game.

 

Why does the World Cup really matter? Does it? Or is this just make believe, in real life?

 

Heard a talk show recently about sports being fixed, at least to the point of creating the illusion that there is competition. The World Cup was mentioned. An example is not outright throwing the game, but kind of "missing" shots or giving the other team an advantage for a while in order to create suspense and draw out the game.

Jesus Christ man, I still can't believe it. It was a freaking thriller!
We really sucked the first half, but I think we deserved the victory in the end.

So now it's Uruguay or Ghana.. We should be able to win from either one.

I told you Netherlands were going to win Enmos, (I just couldn't guess the correct score), Congratulations.

Netherlands were the only team to stop Brazil, and they did. Now, who's going to stop them?

 

Great game, only downers were some diving and Melo being sent off (deserved it though). The very definition of a game of two halves.

I'm now rooting for the Dutch or Ghana to win the whole thing. It's weird but I've gone off Spain, too much diving for me. I enjoyed them in 2008, shame.

I guess I was a bit too pessimistic. Although.. in the first half we played like we did the previous matches, but luckily they managed improve their play in the second half. Otherwise we would have lost for certain.

And what about those last couple of chances. Those should have been goals.
We had the opportunity to make it 4-1 or 5-1 but we screwed up those chances.
Anyhow, we're through!
