Wonderful Crunchy Chickpeas.!!!

Wife was gone for a week so I made up a big pot of garbanzos and had them every day with a little salt and pepper last week. :tongue:
 
If you just boil up your chickpeas (or any beans) with any flavouring you like you can just half mash them and turn the liquid to thick sauce.

They are also nice cold later on, like a crunchy hummous without the sesame or the lemon taste.
